About us

The bridge between
business and software

Razzo started from a frustration: plenty of software companies understand systems, but not the business the system has to hold up. That gap is where projects stall, budgets blow up, and products die before proving anything.

We exist to close that gap. Before the first line of code, we work through the business model, the market, and the math that has to add up. Then senior engineers build the product that holds the plan up, and we stay on after launch, which is when the business actually starts.

What we believe

Four principles behind every project

Not wall decorations. These are the calls we make when a project gets tight.

1

Business before code

We model operations, revenue and risk before settling the architecture. Software is the consequence of a business decision, never the starting point.

2

Senior at every stage

The people who plan are the people who build and maintain. No handover to a junior team once the contract is signed.

3

Partnership, not hours

We own the outcome alongside the client. Most of the businesses that started here are still with us years later, including the first one.

4

Built to last

Architecture designed for year two and year three: scale, cloud cost and maintenance are part of the equation from day one.

The Razzo story

From a frustration to a digital product studio

More than seven years of code, business and people. How we got here.

  1. Before 2017

Code going out, lessons coming in

It all started in tech, as a tech lead for a company in Austin, Texas, under an outsourcing model. Years building high-standard software for clients abroad — and seeing up close what separates a capable engineering team from a product that actually works.

  2. 2017

    The first leap into entrepreneurship

Then came the chance to step into entrepreneurship through a logistics startup. We went from idea to a live app and learned firsthand everything engineering alone does not solve: business model, traction, operations and cash.

  3. 2018

Second place — and an invitation

The live product earned second place in a startup competition. The company did not take off the way we hoped, but the recognition opened a door: an invitation to join the state startup association. Suddenly we were close to dozens of businesses, listening to what hurt in each one.

  4. The turning point

The pain that became a company

Conversation after conversation, one pattern kept repeating: software companies understand systems, but not necessarily what — or why — they are building. The system shipped; the business did not. Razzo was born out of the will to fix exactly that.

  5. The early steps

From venture building to tailored projects

The original plan was to be a venture builder: joining other people's ideas as technical partners — that is how izza was born, for example. But as we talked to prospective clients, the interest and the number of opportunities kept growing, and we shifted our focus to delivering projects directly, always with the same logic: connecting business and software.

  6. The first years

    Cases for government and startups

The focus was on-demand development: delivering projects end to end and building major cases for government and startups. The team grew into what it is today — a multidisciplinary group spanning product, engineering and operations.

  7. Today

    Far beyond shipping software

Razzo focuses on projects that go beyond a piece of software, with dedicated support and specialists across every phase. Some of the businesses that started here already bring in multiple six figures — proof that the model works: our clients and partners keep getting stronger, and we all grow together.

Shall we build the next story together?
